우리는, 자본주의 타도를 위해, 제국주의 전쟁에 맞선 계급 투쟁의 강화를 위해, 사회주의를 위해, 독점과 부르주아 계급에 맞선 투쟁을 강화해야 한다!

사회주의 전복과 쏘련 해체 이후 인민들이 겪어 왔던 비극적 상황의 결과들 중 하나인, 우크라이나에서의 제국주의적 충돌이 일어난 지 1년이 지났다. 평화롭게 살았고, 쏘련에 속한 쏘비에트 공화국들로 함께 번영했던, 두 나라, 우크라이나와 러시아의 인민들은, 작년의 대학살로 극에 달했던 지금까지, 9년 동안 피 흘리고 있다. 유라시아 지역에서의 시장, 원료, 수송망 및 지정학적 기둥들을 지배하기 위한, 미국, 나토 및 유럽연합의 자본주의 러시아와의 결렬한 경쟁이라는 정황에서, 이것은, 이들 열강들, 즉 미국, 나토 및 유럽연합의 계획 때문이다.

공산당ㆍ노동자당들은, 그들의 피로써 제국주의적 충돌의 대가를 치르고 있는, 우크라이나ㆍ러시아 인민들과의 연대를 표명한다. 우리는, 우크라이나에서의 사태들은 독점자본주의라는 체제에서 벌어지고 있는 것임을 인민들에게 보여 주었고 또 계속해서 보여 주고 있으며, 충돌 중인 양측이 활용하고 있는 거짓 구실들을 거부하고 있다.

우리는, 제국주의 전쟁의 첫해, 양국에서 격렬해진, 파쑈ㆍ국가주의 세력들의 활동, 반공주의, 공산주의자들에 대한 탄압 및 노조 탄압에 저항했다.

우리는, 공산당 계열이 올해 지속적으로 진행한 활동들에 경의를 표한다. 그들은 성명들을 통해, 그리고 나토 및 미국의 군사 기지들 외곽에서의, 제국주의 전쟁의 도살장으로 새로운 무기들을 반출하는 것에 맞서 항구, 철도 및 고속도로에서의 대규모 행사ㆍ집회ㆍ시위들을 통해, 제국주의 전쟁에 맞서 대중들을 동원했다. 우리는 이러한 필수적인 계몽 활동과 실천 사업에 함께할 것을, 우리의 형제당들에 요청한다.

우리는, 독점들의 이해에 봉사하고 있는, 한 제국주의 아니면 또 다른 제국주의의 편을 드는 데, 한 동맹 아니면 또 다른 동맹의 편을 드는 데, 인민들은 아무런 이해관계도 없다는 것을, 다시 한번 강조한다.

우리는, 이 전쟁과 관련되어 있는 나라의 인민들에게, 그럴싸한 다양한 구실들을 이용함으로써 제국주의 전쟁이라는 “고기 분쇄기”로 인민들을 꾀어내는, 부르주아 권력의 프로파간다에 맞선 그들의 투쟁을 강화할 것을 요청한다. 군사 기지들을 폐쇄하고, 해외 임무 중인 모든 부대들을 본국으로 철군하기를 요구할 것을 요청한다. 나토 및 유럽연합 같은 제국주의 기구 및 동맹으로부터 그들 나라의 탈퇴를 위한 투쟁을 강화하기를 요청한다.

노동자계급 및 인민계층의 이해관계는, 사태들을 분석할 때 계급적 기준이 강화되어서, 그들의 이익을 위해 충돌하고 있고, 막대한 인간의 손실과 광범위한 물질적 피해를 야기하고 있으며, 전 인류를 핵 전멸의 현실적 위험에 노출시키고 있는, 제국주의 진영에 맞선 공동전선을 인민들이 세우는 것을, 필요로 하고 있다.

근로인민은, 우리 자신의 독자적인 방침을 계획해야 하고, 자본주의 타도를 위해, 그리고 여전히 시의적절하고 필요한 것으로 남아 있으며, 인민들 간의 평화, 우애 및 상호 협력에의 길을 가리켜 주고 있는 사회주의를 위해, 독점, 부르주아 계급 및 제국주의 전쟁에 맞선 계급 투쟁을 강화해야 한다.
